Woman arrested for killing own 4-year old daughter

A woman was arrested by the police on July 27 in Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune for killing her own four-year-old daughter.

Reports quote the police as saying that the woman had confessed to her husband about what she had done. She had said that it was done in a fit of anger when child got a bit too mischievous. She could not control her anger and banged the head of the child on a wall.

And, as if that wasn’t enough, she had also strangulated her, the police said.

Rakesh Asthana as Delhi Police chief: Contempt plea filed in Supreme Court against PM, HM, MHA

A contempt petition has been filed in the Supreme Court against Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and the Ministry of Home Affairs challenging the appointment of Rakesh Asthana as the Delhi Police Comissioner.
